Commercial written

I was wondering which test prep book everyone used preparing for the written. I used Gliem's for my FW, but they dont show anything for RW. I also need one that provides a way to get an endorsement, b/c I am planning on completing the written before starting training, and there isnt a RW CFI around here. I doubt a FW CFI could give me the sign off, right?

If they have an AGI, they can.
