| Senior Member | Seriously! I recently switched back to FW from RW training, and they're everywhere...helos that is! I know it sounds stupid, but before I started training, I couldn't find a helo if I tried. Now, I can't get them out of my sight. Driving home from the city, there's the CMC Bell 430 and the Channel 6 AS350, and then the Duke Energy Bell 407 flying. I get to the airport and start pre-flighting the Archer, and here come the tugs pulling a Bell 206 and a CBi300 on landing platforms...where do they park them...about 50 yards from me. Flying to Rowan County, theres a Blackhawk in the pattern, as well as an R22. After landing and walking into the building, I look out the window, and theres the tug putting the helos back in the hangar I'm crazy I know, but it's just hilarious how things work. Just thought I would share for a laugh.
