Talked with an associated living in Ft. Lauderdale and he got word that one of them there "W. Boy's" was trying to start another scam flight school in the Ft. Myers area. It could be KFMY-Page Field or KRSW-Southwest Florida International. I would say that them "Boy's" could hid at Page better than the Int'l. It is a small aviation world so some one out there must know. |

I can't imagine that any of the Williams would consider getting back into the flight school business ... they're dumb, but not that dumb.

They have a history of failed aviation businesses, so I would not put it past them to start over. All they have to do is buy and existing FBO, keep the current management, and run the show from behind the outside.

I agree after the fact of being at ATA over a year I found out that they had failed at other aviation endeavors. One got saved when Comair bought them out and the other was a charter deal in CVG with a 727. Oh yeah a third is Discover Air. They are turning in the Frank Lorenzo of flight schools
