I don't think Willie C's is there anymore. I didn't see their big sign off of Kellogg last time I was there.

East Kellogg no, everything was wiped out for the 10 yr widening project. I think there is still one at Kellogg and west street near I235 and Town West mall.

Definitely try Old Town. We did a little "bar crawl" there on a long overnight. Since I'm from Chicago, Old Chicago was not going to be a stop for us.

It was a depressed town, and you can tell the economy hit it hard. I asked a gate agent, "what is there to do in Wichita this evening?" Her reply: "Get drunk, that's what we do."

I'm going for a Citation initial, the 525 series. It looks like I can do all of the above mentioned in one night!
