In the theme of absolutely useless polls... Here's the TAF Quote:
Arrival is from the east. Weather is currently (at 1500Z) moving west to east. Will I make it? | |

So basically you need to beat it in. I'd say it depends on the airport, and whether or not you can leave 10+ early.

Sure, Why not. At your sched arrival time it's light rain showers and mist. Its barely MVFR, almost vfr. cieling is 040. Just make sure you land ONTIME ![]() Worse case you land late with thunderstorms and light rain, mist and 025 overcast, it just makes sure they (the pax) are all awake when you get there. |

Yup... me and my crew will be right behind ya! Hopefully I'll meet you in DAY at some point! I think we'll be alright. But last night they were routing people through OHIO going to Denver all the way down to LIT and then some VOR in Texas before letting them back up to Denver. Bunch of "Let me call dispatch to check fuel and we'll get back to you" etc etc.... You are coming out of DCA right?

If it were me I wouldn't even launch into that kind of weather. Shoot, I had to fly through a cloud the other day on my way to Gainesville, I was skeered. Thanks for the phone # BTW.

I made it. It was calm winds when we got here. And for those who didn't figure it out, I was making a commentary on the number of really asinine polls that have appeared as of late. That is all. |

I actually thought it was a fun one. Next time we should be putting money down on this. Have like jetcareers dollars, that you can..... trade in when u get enough for cool, funny things such as, pins, and t-shirts, a whistle and a yo-yo... |
