It's no G1000 but I think it looks ugly anyway. The GPS definitely spoils me.

It's kinda funny, but the images hadn't loaded yet when I saw "G1000." I was thinking GSX-R 1000 and thought you were referring to your old motorcycle and a possible Gixxer. Ok, anyway, off-topic, haha.

Yeah, GPS can spoil you, but I've been thankful for having it in the past. Is that a moving map or GPS?

Almost flying a real airplane.


Cant get away from the boob tube long enough to go fly?

I've never used a TV in an airplane before.*












* I did have to turn on an old 2-color NAV/COM/GPS to talk on the CTAF when the original Cessna radio crapped out. Well I didnt have to but it was at BHB in the summer, so I had to if I didn't want to be rear-ended by a jet. It seriously took 5 minutes to get it in the right mode and to the right frequency.

yep. 2001 C172SP. 180hp, leather seats, "in dash" gps, just needs a sunroof and everything you see for $100/wet.
