Default DC headset models...

My uncle gave me 3 DC head sets he used when he flew. Two of them look like the standard DC H10-13s model and the other looks similar but with a plastic boom and it is a nose canceling model. The noise canceling one was new in the box, it says model "DCNC" but I cant find an actual model number.

They are from the 90's, I think around 95. Is there anything on the headphones them self that will give me a model number?

Post a picture. Someone will recognize it. Try looking for a part number inside the battery box.

I will have to post a picture and post it up later.

I figured out two of them are H10-40's. They are dirty and have some paint overs pray on them but with a little cleaning, some new ear seals and head pad they will make a nice back up and units for friends to use.

The other one is the problem. All I can find is it is the DCNC. The headset itself has a multi pronged adapter that plugs into a box that controls the noise canceling, volume and mono/stereo setting. From that comes the two plugs for GA aircraft and a power adapter to plug into a cigarette lighter. I was hoping to be able to find an adapter that allows me to plug the multi prong end directly into a GA set of plugs for those times when I don't need or want to use the noise canceling.

I have to do more searching and will post a pic up if I can't figure it out.

Thanks

How sweet would it be to get a ride to a Maiden show with Bruce Dickinson at the controls and Aces High on loop! ha ha

I wonder how hard it is to get a job as the FO on that plane.

Before you spend any money on them, ship them off to DC for overhaul. Include a note with their history and DC will probably replace all the stuff for free, including the adapter box.
