Default Non rev with children (Security question)

So my sister is going to take my two nephews down to florida.. flights wide open and I feel good about that. However one is 3 years old and one is 10months. I know for a fact the 10month is a lap no ticket. The 3 year old and the 10 month old need what exactly for security? I know I've viewed pax showing birth certificates etc..... But other then my sister having her liscense what does she need for the two children? New to this and do not have children myself so CLUELESS!

The kids need noting at security.

Not sure how the Airways listing stuff works but as you list there should be a place to put a SSR (special Service request) on your sisters listing for the 10 month old.
