| Re: 3 die in plane crash Sad. I witnessed an engine failure when taking off at FFZ a few years ago. We were just rotating from 22L when the airplane that had taken off in front of us declared an emergency; engine failure. He was able to put it down in a field right next to Wal Mart on McKellips, rolling just short of the road. We watched the whole thing.. scary stuff. Unfortunately it didn't work out the same for these people...

| Re: 3 die in plane crash I landed 5 minutes before this happened. Sad to look up, see the smoke plume, and realize at least one person was probably dead. RIP.

| Re: 3 die in plane crash RIP   Just heard in the news one of them was gonna be a brand new father in a couple of months. I cannot imagine how devastating this must have been for the families. God Bless them and give them all the strength. |
