Netjets call back time?

My husband is sending out his Netjets app. later this week. Just wondering if anyone has any idea how soon they could call back for an interview?

I'm excited and nervous about him getting on (nervous about the interview process and such). I really hope he gets the job.

Also, does it help a lot to get a ref. from a pilot already there? We have heard various things at various airlines....some it will help you out, some it doesn't matter much. He is getting a ref. from a friend of his at Netjets (can maybe get more since a there are a lot of former Indy Air guys there) and I'm just wondering if this will give him a leg up or not?

I don't work for NetJets, but based on experience with pilot references and airlines, it seems to always help. Hopefully the reference will put him on the top to get a call for an interview. Good luck!
