Practice.

Practice, Practice, Practice.

Then, go out in challenging gusty winds and/or crosswinds and practice. If you master the challenging scenario, you'll find the easy scenario to be a no brainer. That said, perfection seems to have escaped me, and I've been doing it since 1976, so I'm not sure what to tell ya.....

Practice.
I gotta go practice

I try to do every thing gradual, I change throttle settings slowly, I try to move the yoke to change pitch 1/8 th inch at a time, and I tell myself, " don't let it land, don't let it land, don't let it land. If you want a smoth landing you had better be smooth. That and 2347.3 hours of practice helps too. Bob

There are three things every Dash pilot needs to know to make smooth consistent landings in the aircraft...........and.............nobody knows what they are.
