| If so, how long before they call for an interview?

| I have heard it can take up to 3 weeks depending on how bad they need people. I applied last week using the new online application process. Today I logged on and under application status it says "phone interview". I am assuming they will contact me for a phone interview?? How does the QOL, training, schedule, etc. at AWAC compare to say ASA, PSA, AE? |

| I'm an idiot. I was wondering why I never got a call; I didn't realize they had an online application on their website, I just used airline apps. Go figure.

| My cousin is in his 2nd week of indoc with them now. It took almost 3 weeks for him to get a return call. I have heard they are slowing their hiring up (Go figure right).

| If you're in Atlanta I wouldn't commute to AWAC. Go with ASA, Pinnacle, or Skywest.

You are correct, ASA would be convenient but hiring has really slowed down. I am trying to stay away from Pinnacle. | |

| Senior Member | Yeah the RDU base is supposed to open May 1st. Currently they have me sitting advanced notice reserve at home because RDU isn't open yet. For the person asking about the training, it isn't bad just make sure to study what they tell you to and be prepared to stay in Wisconsin for a month which won't be too bad now that it has started to warm up. After indoc and systems in WI they will send you to CLT for CPT and sims. The instructors down there are awesome and the biggest thing I could say for that is to have your flows and profiles down pat by the time you start CPT so most of it is review and smoothing over the rough parts. That is what I did and it seemed to make things easier and run smoother. |

| I received a call from HR today for the phone interview. After the interview, she said I would be hearing back from them in a few days. Has anyone else had this happen recently? |
