Default Logbook Signatures

I'm just curious, but do Regionals and such companies want to see signatures from instructors and certain endorsements when they look over your logbook? I'm asking because my logbook is a mess. I can't stand sloppy handwriting that isn't legible, and all the scribbles because the instructor marked 1.4 when it was supposed to be 1.1

I would like to get a new logbook to replace. (I do use logshare, would that suffice during interviews?) I would still keep the one I have now, but I would like to have a master copy which I write in, etc. Good idea, bad idea, waste of time and money? Comments welcome! Thanks
