Default US Airways 757 Wing Part Dislodges and Hits Window

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...032203042.html

A small part of a wing of a US Airways jetliner dislodged and struck a passenger window yesterday as the airplane was apparently over Maryland, officials said.

No injuries were reported, and the Boeing 757 twin-jet airliner landed safely and without incident at Philadelphia International Airport, the airline said.

Can you imagine being the passenger in that window seat? You're chilling, listening to tunes on your Ipod, and then thump...something hits the window. It might make you think you're William Shatner and you're in a Twilight Zone episode!

Who ever was in that window seat should sue the airline for emotional damages.

More likely a dry cleaning bill, if you know what I mean.

Uh hi Maintenance Control. We seem to have lost a small piece of the wing cover in flight and would like to return to Philly. Oh and 24F needs a new seat cover. Thanks.

You know, the original generally is the best. And this is the best part of the original.
