| Old Skool | I should have one of these in my possession here in a few days, and now I'm contemplating selling my DC H10-30's, BUT. . . Before I go and do something rash like that, I would like to see if anyone has used the Airmen 500 in a general aviation aircraft? Cessna/Diamond products specifically. And if you have, how was it there? This is my first ANR headset, and I managed to get it for one hell of a killer deal that I couldn't pass up (especially after almost purchasing a 750 for almost the same price. . .) But - yeah - so now I'm just wondering if I should keep my David Clark set around, or if the 500's do pretty well in a GA aircraft. |

| Old Skool | I've never used the 500's before, but I wouldn't kill your DC's. I hate DC's but I keep my pair around in case I ever want to jump into a GA plane again. They're tanks and they're uncomfortable, but they'll never break.

| Old Skool | Thanks John. . .I think I may end up keeping the DC's, never know when I'll end up back in a GA aircraft. |

| Old Skool | For a grand?! Hah. . .I think I got a better deal. . .a much better deal - a tenth of the cost of a Bose. Plus the Bose are larger than the room I have left in my case. You get that Instrument yet? |

| I use the telex 500 ANRs on a CRJ700 and love them. Small enough for my flight kit, light enough for 7hr days, and batteries last about 30 hours (I use rechargeables). I gotem off eBay. |
