I am creating a new aviation holiday today! March 21st will always be known as.......

Beech 1900D Appreciation Day!

Props are ugly and slow.

Yeah, I just stare at my desk; but it looks like I'm working. I do that for probably another hour after lunch, too. I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work.

Plus, why do you guys need about 400 extra appendages just to get airborne? I'm old school, give me a wing and a tail and I'll do the rest

This kind of freaks me out, but on my pilot certificate, in no particular order, are the numbers 1900 and 321...

It allowed for a wider CG range without one of them new-fangled computers.
