I enjoyed an absolutely awesome ride over to FRA and back this last week. The flights were incredible, and the service unbelievable. Oh, and those Biz Elite seats? Oooooooooooooohhhhh!!!!

Hell yeah, that's the only way to go. It'll get you spoiled. I came back from AMS last time I came back on NW and they stuck me in the back and it was torture. So spoiled :-P

So did it have the new entertainment system on it with the DVR? That damned thing got me hooked on watching "The Office" and "Scrubs". Grrrr!

| It did indeed! On-demand movies, HBO series, CD's and some pretty cool documentaries!

Perhaps this progressive increase in fares will make non-rev'ing and standby travel fun again. |

I did a 12.5hr flight in coach from BKK-FRA. WOW it really makes you appreciate high rollin' in biz elite when you can (international carriers' coach seats, contrary to what I had heard, are NOT more spacious than domestic seats)Glad you enjoyed yourself Flloyd! Had you come back a few days earlier you'd have seen me crashing out all night in FRA airport, looking like a bum

depends on the carrier I think....the coach seats on the 767 with DAL really aren't all *that* bad...you get more room than a 757 by far and for some reason, i think i sleep better in the back since they tend to feed you quicker than up front (personalized service up front also means a bit slower but it ain't no thang, i'm not complaining!) |

I can't wait till they come out with NCH that don't need to go on top of the head...screws up my hair everytime and airplanes are dry enough...I don't need the added static.. HAHA

The noise canceling stuff on airliners is good but is most useful behind the wing, and that's not where the business/first seats are. I'd take a lie-flat bed or something close to it over NCH any day, especially since all the really good seats are in the quiet part of the airplane. It cracks me up when I see all the people with expensive Bose headsets in first class...as if there's a lot of bass noise up there compared to in the back...or even worse compared to a light airplane.
