|  Degrees Do you guys think it matters if I got a degree from a community college vs. a university at an airline? Thanks

| Re: Degrees I seriously doubt that the airlines will care about that. It's cheaper to go to community college and you will most likely obtain a good education. That's my input on it. |

| Re: Degrees Except community colleges usually only have two year degrees, you're going to want a four year for a 'major'. Other than that, I don't really think there is a difference. At least, I hope not.  |

| Re: Degrees I think it is based on how long you were taking your course, because as I have researched (I am in my Junior year looking at college's) is that most if any community college's DO NOT offer 4 year degree's. The reason why I pointed that out is that the little check box that says 4 year degree on it at whatever Regional or employer you apply to in the future would not apply to you if you have your associates or whatever is less that 4 years. Thats my knowledge

| Big Chief's Woman | Re: Degrees Segs, there's no reason to yell maing.... The only reason you'd want an "accredited" degree anyways is if you plan to go back for a graduate degree. but you definitely want a 4 year degree in anything in order to move higher than regional status. |
