Does any one knows any place in this area where you can build multi time, like they have down in Florida or Texas?

Tough to find a twin in the Northeast, mostly due to insurance. If you need multi time and/or a multi rating you'll most likely be much better off going to an accelerated program and just getting it done. The travel costs and accommodation costs for wherever you go are minimal in the big picture, and will likely still be overshadowed by the increased total cost you'd pay to do it somewhere in NY or MA, for example.
