Default ASA Training...

Just looking to get some info on the training at ASA. I am in the 2-25 class, and just kinda looking for some info on what to expect. Kinda the whole process like a little play by play of what goes on.

So any info you could give me would be great.

Two weeks Basic Indoc (cake walk) with a 1-2 week break to follow, then 2 weeks of systems, and a couple of days of Cockpit Training Proceedures. After that we have 2 weeks of sims and a SIC type/LOFT check. After that we have 2 days of jumpseat observations (4 round trips) and a minimum of 25 hours of IOE (takes ~2 weeks). Then you're on reserve! You'll have a hotel room reserved 90 days.

Welcome aboard!

Do you know which one? I have an interview next week and I think ASA would be great.

It seems to change with availability. Some folks have gotten the La quinta, other have gotten something else. All will have transportation to FlightSafety though.

Like Chime says, it varies - we've got classes at Hyatt Place (North and South), La Quinta, Holiday Inn Express, etc. If you're coming up for an interview, you may want to try the Rat Roof Inn...er, Red....it's close and cheap.
