| Old Skool | ![]() I'm sorry, I have to laugh every time I hear Cirrus mention customer support. The bottom half of a wing root fairing completely departed our brand new SR22 G3 (because it was held on with nothing but double sided tape). It took Cirrus 3 weeks and numerous phone calls to finally send us a replacement; it was the WRONG COLOR. Every time we've gone to PBI, we go visit the Cirrus office at Jet Aviation. In the three attempts we've made to visit, they haven't been there either time. We asked someone in another office at the FBO if they knew when the Cirrus people would be back and she said "good luck, they're NEVER here." If I recall correctly, they backed out of the bidding for Columbia Aircraft, stating that they were going to concentrate on, amongst other things, improving their customer support department. Good thing, cause they need it. Have fun Cirrus owners. |

| Old Skool | Looks like a baby DA20, sans T-Tail. And that damn canopy is going to get HAWT. I don't like it. |
