Stateside, I have not found anything like ASE...LOC/DME-E. It's also always interesting doing the approach into San Diego, with as much traffic as they have. Eagle has become "routine", as we've been going there a lot.

Last night, for me personally, was a lovely visual into a valley (KUDD, for those interested), at night, into an unfamiliar field, with no VASI or PAPI, into a 5,000' strip (in the Lear 60). Always makes life interesting...

My favorite?

The last one of the trip.

Seriously though, I like the Stratosphere visual to LAS. The River Visual to 13 at LGA is awesome. I got to do it a few months ago, and according to some, its very rare to get the privilege. I think I have a thing for charted visual approaches. It forces you to go back to the basics of ded reckoning in a multi million dollar airplane.
