| (Posted from their web site) Meet with the representatives from Republic Airways Holdings at the following Career Fairs: IMPORTANT: If you plan to attend a Pilot Recruiting Event, please be certain to arrive on time. The doors will close promptly at the designated start time and no late arrivals will be admitted. The event will include a presentation about the company and testing. Recruiting Events Locations: Phoenix, AZ PHX - January 17th, 2008 Hilton Phoenix Airport 2435 South 47th Street Phoenix, AZ 85034 (480) 894-1600 Times: January 17th at 6:00 p.m.; Directions Does anybody know what testing they preform. Is this the same 25 question test that they give you for the interview. i.e (http://www.mypilotcareer.com/Republic.htm) or is this oral questions. I believe that Republic gives you two tests at the interview, the 25 question test and the Cognitive Learning Assessment Test. Any help would be appreciated. |

| I found on another forum (not to be named) that they treat it just like an interview. Both tests are given. If you pass the tests than you are invited to IND for the Tech and sim ride. Any information on what to bring...and what to expect would be appreciated. |

| Junior Member | I attended a Republic open house in BOS last week. They administer the cognitive (Wonderlic) and technical exams before presenting a 30-minute powerpoint on the company. The Wonderlic is a very basic "IQ test" and takes 12 minutes (timed). The technical exam is more from the AIM than the ATP test bank. Lots of questions like max holding speed, DME requirements, holding pattern entries. Takes about 20 minutes, but isn't timed. I brought two copies of a current resume and was told they only needed one. I wouldn't bother bringing licenses or anything like that. If you don't bomb the exams, look presentable, and have the minimums they're looking for, you should expect a formal interview offer. I was called the next day to set one up. Good luck. Seems like a nice place! |

| Did they go through your logbooks or did they just look at your times off of your resume. |

| Junior Member | Just a resume for the recruiting event. I suppose you could bring a logbook, but I wasn't asked for mine. |
