The bolded part I take objection to.

From Part 1
V REFmeans reference landing speed.

Last time I checked, Vref was 1.3Vso at MLW. Vso at max weight in the Baron is 74, so your ref would be 96.2 KIAS. ...at max weight.

Just because you don't have a chart for it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. You should know that. The chart just calibrates your ref for your weight and flap settings (because Vs changes with configuration changes and weight)...nothing more, nothing less.
