Yep...I had the door open on TO within the last 6 months. I had looked back during the checklist and said "Locked" but the latch was in locked position, but the door wasn't fully closed so it wasn't locking on to anything. Should have done the normal tactile check. The FA grabbed it on the roll just as the thrust was pushed up, I reached back and locked it quick.

No didn't notice that one. I was too busy trying to get comfortable in my seat. The bottom was busted and the rear corner of the cusion sagged through.

It was epic yesterday. It just kept snowing. The best part was walk-on trams. I was exhausted by 4pm. I couldn't believe how deep it was.

Well it was the last seat and I really didn't want to hang around SLC till the next flight so I sucked it up and did a little combat fix while everyone watched like I was crazy for messing with the seat. I told the FA but I don't know if she passed it along to you guys.
