There are some great tips listed here, But I suggest...JUST DONT WORRY ABOUT IT! Seriously, your landings WILL improve with practice. Just dont give up on it, if you think it's going to be a bad landing keep working it, remember the plane will do what you tell it to do! Alot of my bad landing where bad because I let them.

It's like so many things in life. The harder you try, the worse your results are! I'd say start with a good approach, make sure you nail the airspeeds, and relax. Don't overthink it. Relax and just react to the airplane and what it's telling you. I'll bet you start stressing out and get that white knuckle grip on the yoke, don't you? Relax. The more relaxed you are, the easier it will come. |

Good stuff. My instructor covered some info today that coupled with the info I got here, made everything much easier. We did a couple of landings and for some reason the first one was the best one and it got progressively worse till I really f'ed up the last one. I'm getting the concept though and just need to put what I know to use. Should get it sometime in the next couple of lessons. Thanks for everybody's input.
