Default Mountain wave icing - huh?

Okay,
So I am studying along and up comes this question:
Where does most icing occur in Mountain Wave? Above or below the lenticular cloud?
I looked everywhere and cannot find an answer!
I would assume that the windward side (Updraft) side of the wave carries the most icing potential, and I would assume that most icing potential would be below the lennticular cloud, because lennies are mainly made up of ice crystals.

Anybody get a good answer with source?

Considering icing requires moisture, I'd say the likely location would be in the len cloud.
