Default Online Apps

Probably a dumb question but I gotta know. When you go to Republic's online application page, they want you to copy the text of your resume into this little box. When you do, it jumbles it up. Should I try to straighten things out so it makes sense (in the box) or no leave it like it is.

Seems to me I should, the wife says no. She's a nurse she never does when she sends hers end I say "pilots resume, nurses resume, apples and oranges. LOL

You can spend time fixing it but chances are when it goes thru the submission form it will just come out jumbled on HR's end anyway.

Easy fix:

Open resume in word, then File>Save As> *.txt

it will drop all format and editing done by word.

Open resume.txt in wordpad copy and paste into online form.

All tabs, returns, and indents in the right place.
