Since I have graduated college, I am looking for a better paying job than my current position as a movie theatre supervisor. I recently applied for a position as an Airport Operations Supervisor at O'hare for United, since I have a good deal of experience with customer service supervision. Anybody have any tips on how I could improve my chances of getting an interview, or what United would look for in a candidate? |

I worked on the ramp for 12 years at UA. They hired a supervisor with 0 experience (as he told us) in Customer Service and Ramp. I actually think that you might be over qualified ! I have some friends in managment, PM me and I'll see what they can do.
