I know some information has been posted in the past but this was as of October 19th of this year. Salary: $21 per flight hour Q400 Requirements QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: • 1500 hours minimum. 2500 hours total preferred • 500 hours multi-engine minimum. 1000 hours preferred. • 500 hours pilot in command (PIC) • 500 hours jet/turbo-prop • Current FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate • Vision corrected to 20/20 • Commercial / MEL Certificate minimum. ATP-MEL preferred • FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit • Valid Passport, with machine readable print, and the ability to travel in and out of the United States • Authorization to work in the United States • Ability to travel in and out of the U.S. to all cities/countries served by Lynx Aviation • Ability to relocate • Ability and willingness to work weekends, nights, holidays and overnight trips • Ability and desire to demonstrate Lynx Aviation’s values of Safety, Respect, Trust, Collaboration, Value and Passion • Ability and desire to maintain a well groomed and professional appearance • Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks • Experience with sophisticated aircraft equipment including Electronic Flight Instrument Systems (EFIS) and Flight Management Systems (FMS) preferred I would like to be based in Denver but these minimums would take awhile to reach from my point now. |

Those mins seem pretty darn high for $21/ hour... especially considering all the places that will take you for a lot less and pay you the same... just my $.02

I believe the mins are high for quick upgrades. I am sure they will come down once they get some folks on property and don't need to fill so many left seat positions.

Well I guess I was more just passing the info on. But the minimums seem to be pretty high (for todays market that is). But they would be an option in the Denver area. The other regionals would be Skywest, Rupublic, Mesa, and Great Lakes. I wonder what the best company would be for the Denver area.

I agree, GIA emailed me stating that they "prefer" applicants with 1500TT for quicker upgrades.
