| Because when you are hauling boxes, you are starting out as PIC right away. There's no captain there to hold your hand like there is in the 121 world. |

| This is one of the reasons you DON'T lower the mins to become a captain. That said, flying with a seasoned F/O makes the work sooooo much easier.
