So, I was getting ready to fly the other morning at one of our EAS outstations and one of the Midwest agents there was telling me that for the last 6 months, some foreign travel agency has been "holding" 7 seats on this particular flight number for the same 7 people and they are obviously not going to show up anytime time. Apparently they can do this and there's nothing we can do about it. They are also requesting "Veggie meals"...we don't even serve food!

I'm definitely lacking in knowledge of the travel agency department, but it sounds to me that someone, somewhere, dropped the ball.

Control Tower replies: "And where is the world's most experienced airline going today without filing a flight plan?"
