| Old Skool | May the student and instructor R.I.P. I have done a few landings at Wasilla airport, and there is nothing particularily challenging about the airport. I am gonna guess that there was a problem with the aircraft, but you never can tell. ![]() http://www.adn.com/front/picture_ins...-8992817c.html

| R.I.P That sucks, I wonder what happened? Anyone know... Every time I see something like this I always say... F@!@#$ IT I am not flying anymore.... but then I look at the total number of fatel car recks there was last year in my state alone, and there was more than 296. So do I stop driving? I ask myself. Then I am good. RIP

| Junior Member | By looking at the picture you really cant tell what happened but ya know that is what the NTSB reports are for to help us know what happened so that we dont do it. The truth about our federal regulations is true in that all regs are written in someones blood. Anyway we will see maybe in a few weeks a good idea of what happened. Truly a sad picture and I hope they RIP. Have a good day peeps and remember to fly safe. -Farva
