Apparently he listened to me and purchased tickets directly from an airline instead of going through a third party. He did purchase the insurance and when he needed to change the tickets they wanted to hit him with additional charges, and the ticket would now be less. There was even a charge to use the guy on the phone over that of doing it on the web.

Sorry about that Paul!

Atleast I didnt offer him free non-rev tickets !
