Default What would the FAA do?

Ok,this question regards the threshold that is only good for taxiing and takeoff. If you accidenetally landed or tipped that threshold during your landing process what can they do rearding it? I have seen people land on it before and haven't seen any actions taken. I was just wondering.

The threshold is either a safety net for run off area or is there to keep away from obstacles or noise abatement. I don't think anyone cares as long as you don't make it a habit or land close to where the runway starts.
