To anyone who has filled out the Comair tri-fold application they send you, I have a question. On the back page of the tri-fold there is a section for Agreement to release anti-drug & Alcohol that you have to fill in the top part with your name an social security number, and your past employers if they were coverd by the DOT and FAA drug and alcohol regulations. Well it then goes on to say that only if you applied for or performed safety-sensitive functions since decmeber18, 1989. (yada yada yada.....) Well I listed my current employer where I flight Instruct at but we do not have a drug or alcohol program. Did I have to put my employer down or not since we didn't do any of the aforementioned things? Next question, At the bottom it has a "to be completed by previous employer" section. It asked questions like "was the individual under a DOT approved anti-drug and alcohol prevention program with your company?" and a few other questions. Will they send this part of the application back to the employer to fill out or do I need to get it fill out before I turn it in? Thanks for staying awake during all that

Thanks for the reply! I wasn't under that program but I still filled in the past employer. Guess I can tell them to nevermind or white it out.
