Hey all. Just curious about the finger printing and back ground check portion of the application process. Has anyone here failed or knows anyone who has failed that part and if so, what were the reasons? Any feed back is helpful. Thanks.

Had a marine in my Delta new-hire class fired 9 months into probationary year after they found he had falsified info on his application. Story I heard was that he had been to Captain's mast and on the Delta app it specifically asks that and he said no... At least at Delta, they used to go very in depth on the background check and if they find something you've lied about, they will fire you... Kevin |

It used to be said that one of the prerequisits for being a Chief, CWO, or LDO was having been to Captains Mast if not more than once! But that was back in the good ol days. | |
