Default Instructor sign-offs

I was signed off for my instrument practical two weeks ago and I am wondering how long I have before the sign-off is no longer valid... Is it 30 or 60 days?

The signature on the 8710 form is good for 60 days. The logbook endorsements have no expiration date.
