Hey, I'm looking for some info and advice regarding flying jobs in eastern Nebraska, specifically around Omaha and Lincoln. Perhaps even Des Moines or Kansas City. At the moment I have about 2300 hrs, 300 multi (75 turbine and counting), 1900 hrs SE PIC........so I'd be looking towards a right seat multi-turbine position. I'm currently flying right seat in a King Air. Can anyone point me in the direction of what companies operate in this area? Are there any airlines that have pilot bases here? Any corporate aircraft basd here, or significant cargo operators? By the time I'm looking to move there, I should have 2500+ TT and 500+ multi. Thanks for your time. Not sure where in Nebraska but I know Valley Airways is a charter company and Suburban Air Freight is a cargo company in Nebraska. I don't know much about them but I know they are in Nebraska and they hire with less than you TT. Try EagleMed in Kansas, its an air ambulance company that I think has an okay reputation. Why do you want to give up the King Air job after only 75 hours? Is it a 350? |

I've heard Duncan Aviation and Silverhawk Aviation at KLNK do a lot of aircraft management/pilot services. I have no idea on specifics, but they might be a good place to start. They both have good reputations as FBOs and whenever I've been on their ramps, they're filled with various corporate aircraft.
