Default Doug you missed it

Doug to bad you werent in ATL last night. Delta had plane cleaning party. The called the program Delta after dark. They had what were probably a bunch of analyst come out and do interior cleaning. The cleaned the overhead bins, side walls, windows, and tray tables. They did this on the Worldport side and down at the TOC. It was almost sickening seeing so many folks puckering up. Your buddy Gerry was there also with his little bag of cleaning supplies. Its funny though his sponges looked awful clean for a guy that had been at the TOC cleaning. Everyone got tshirts that say "Safe Clean and On Time" I was there to represent my company but still got a shirt...I consider it Delta giving my back 1/100 of the 19% in pay they took last year. You would have loved it Doug-the true Deltatoid you are.......

I remember that they did the same thing last year...and apparently had great turnout.

The non-union salaried types probably are not "volunteering."

I think they had maybe 60-70 at TOC and about that maybe at the terminal side.......

The "volunteers' were able to take today off if they showed up last night. Many of the ones there had actually had something to do with the clean committee...

They should all come up to BGR, I host a plane cleaning party 4 nights a week. All are welcome. No reservations required just knock on our door.

But they made the cabins look so pretty....

Also they tried out the new brush looking device.to clean the galley floors...to me it looks like the brush and want people washed their RV's with. It actually did a good job cleaning the floors in the galley.

I thought you were a company man and would love to mix and mingle with Gerry

Ahh... the good old "you not required but highly encouraged to participate" spiel.
