| Junior Member | If two people get hired by Colgan ... person A has 800TT, person B has 1200TT. Person A is hired six months prior to person B. Person A has the seniority to upgradeto CA, but does not have the flight time, however, Person B does have the flight time. Does Person B get to upgrade, even though he is below person A, in senority. When person A finally does get the flight time to upgrade, say six months later, is he now below person B, because person B upgraded sooner? If you understand what I am asking, and I didn't lose you in all of that, LOL! |

| People get skipped on the seniority list all the time for upgrade due to flight time. However, once the skipped FOs upgrade they would still be above those who upgraded first but were hired later. Upgrade does not change seniority. Make sense?
