 |  Re: Colgan Airlines I'm based in ABE w/ Colgan. It just became a very junior base in the Colgan system....for FO's anyway. That was covered in another Colgan thread here at JC. Basically, we had three FO's leave for other pastures this month. So, that means that many new bodies filling the slots here. As far as Captains go, ABE is fairly senior. I would like to get back here as a Captain, but unless we have a bunch of guys moving on from ABE, it's not going to happen any time soon. Also, something to consider is that most FO's can hold whatever base they want w/in a couple months at Colgan. Much different on the Captain scene however. Yes, you can easily commute to ABE from Central Jersey....there are two guys that do it and another that commutes from NYC. |

| Re: Colgan Airlines Whatever you do please do not come to Colgan because you want a certain base. You can be put in the other plane thus not enabling you to have that particualr base. If you want to come here get ABE out of your head, what happens if you get put in the Beech? |
