Default what do the airlines think

When interviewing with airlines for a pilot position, how much weight does college GPA and/or grades have to do with you getting hired? The way I see it, is that they hire you based on your interview, times, and sim flight, or is there more to it? Thank you for any of your responses.

I think you've made a fair assesment. Bad grades might stand out, and if you got really good grades you might to bring them up.

Yup. In talking with other people at the interviews I've been to, there's always someone who's gotten grilled on a class they've failed in college. I don't think it prevented them from getting hired, but it probably wasn't too fun to explain.

I didn't get asked any questions other than "Do you have a degree? Check yes or no."
