|  what do the airlines think When interviewing with airlines for a pilot position, how much weight does college GPA and/or grades have to do with you getting hired? The way I see it, is that they hire you based on your interview, times, and sim flight, or is there more to it? Thank you for any of your responses. |

| Re: what do the airlines think I think you've made a fair assesment. Bad grades might stand out, and if you got really good grades you might to bring them up.
