| When interviewing with airlines for a pilot position, how much weight does college GPA and/or grades have to do with you getting hired? The way I see it, is that they hire you based on your interview, times, and sim flight, or is there more to it? Thank you for any of your responses. |

| I think you've made a fair assesment. Bad grades might stand out, and if you got really good grades you might to bring them up.

| Yup. In talking with other people at the interviews I've been to, there's always someone who's gotten grilled on a class they've failed in college. I don't think it prevented them from getting hired, but it probably wasn't too fun to explain. |
