Default What are the two kinds of "certified aircraft parts"?

There's "OEM"...and the other one which starts with a P... PHC or something like that. What is it? I need to know for a test question for tomorrow. I believe it's labeled one certain kinds of fabric for control surfaces.

Could be a PMA, which is granted by the FAA and allows a company to make parts for other peoples stuff, like all the aftermarket cylinders for lycoming engines.

Yes! That is it. Do you happen to know what it stands for?

Thank you for your help.
