Recommended FBO/Instruction for PPL...

killbilly Old Skool Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: Austin, TX Posts: 3,262	Recommended FBO/Instruction for PPL... At either KADS or KTKI? Doing some pricing research among various FBOs, but I'd also like to hear of any recommendations or places to avoid at these two fields. While I'd like to train at GKY (because Skymates is a very cool place) ADS and TKI are both much, much closer to my home, for the time being. Bonus question: Is it better for a PPL student to learn at a very busy place (like ADS) or a smaller place like TKI?
