PFT - 'cause CFIs can only fly 152s in the pattern. The airlines don't want that.

I really don't see anything wrong with it. It's just a DIFFERENT and much quicker way to reach the goal! I believe places like Gulfstream offer people a great opportunity.

I've always preferred the term PFJ (Pay For Job vs. Pay For Training) as I feel it makes more sense. Don't we all pay for training?
