Default Good Flight School's in North America

Hello all, I'm looking for some good flight schools in the US or Canada, what schools would you guys suggest? I'd like to point out that I am in no way looking for the easiest or the cheapest way through flight school.

I've just contacted Phoenix East Aviation, does anyone know if this school is as good as they proclaim? I can attach some of the files they have sent me in their reply explaining how their program is. What got me curious about them is that in their reply they mentioned this:
Quote:
We are one of only two schools in the US that the FAA has approved to do both the Instrument and Commercial in 85 hours. All other flight schools will require a minimum of 155 hours of training for these same courses, making our training program both shorter and less expensive.
My goals are to be fully qualified commercial pilot.

Thanks .
