Looks like today is a pretty active weather day in the south and midwest. Lots of red on the radar.

Clear as a bell out here in CA. I feel your pain regarding the rain. It was almost not stop here this winter. But at last it is nice again.

All that rain is supposed to hit PHL by tomorrow, which will definitley make work interesting. At least it will be nice tonight for the Phillies game I'm attending.

Gotta love flying the Van in the midwest during this stuff. My route tonight is back and forth from Columbus to Detroit, with a couple of other stops there...predicting heavy t-storms at arrival in DTW. Another night of earning the paycheck.

For those that love to follow along, and if you're bored, I'll be USC 361 tonight and tomorrow, then who knows next week.

Yeah, actually I'll be there tonight and tomorrow, and have a rental car out on Friday, so if anybody wants to meet up, I'll be starting at 2150 out of Columbus tonight, finishing at 0700ish tomorrow, I believe, start same cycle on Thursday night, except out of DTW, and Friday just driving.

Let me know if anybody's up there and at worst, we can do lunch on Friday some time. PM me for cell phone, etc.

Checked out the intellicast radar. Had some 65,000 foot tunderstorms! One "little" 55,000 footer was humping along at 64 knots too! Fortunately it was east of IBC!

This was the radar image just before it got really nasty! Images like this make retirement just that much better! Woo Hoo!

Yup, unless you count the fog and haze (or HAZE! if listening to the automated atis).

We've been overcast and rainy every day since Tuesday. And it looks to be that way all the way through Monday. How lovely.
