Ummm....maybe at the place with the biggest supply of "INOP" placards and "MX Deferred" sticky notes?

I'm not sure where you're located, but the last time I checked, the Maxwell AFB Aero Club had a Piper Aztec for $50 and a Cessna 310 for $60. All dry rates of course...
