Any word on CX hiring? I know they are attending the Aeroservice Fair in Miami this month. Any insiders with gen on other job fairs (ATL/ORD)?

They are hiring many pilots, due to a big cargo expansion. Of 2 people I know that applied on there website both got called for an interview, and both went on to the second in HKG.

Please save the mods some time by reading the top thread in the "Jobs Available" forum.

Unless it's an available job, don't post your questions there please

Doug,

Sorry I replied to him because the job is availible and is posted on there website! They are hiring second officers and first officers! As far as the people that I know that interviewed there.... One was a new F/O at Polar Cargo on 744 and was a CRJ guy so they are talking people from all types.
I know a couple of guys who fly there right now, and as far as the second officer position I heard they have taken people with 1000TT and people with 5000TT into second officer. I hear that if they like what they see you will get the job regardless of your TT.
Here is all the info and where you can apply

Doug I hope I wasnt wrong for responding... I just wanted to show that it was an availible job!

Nah, the responses weren't bad at all. I just like keeping the "Jobs Available" forum reserved for people posting new threads about job openings they'd like to share with the community here.

Responses are OK, but I'd like the initial new thread to be a job posting.

maybe we should change "jobs available" to "job openings"? seems more and more peeps aren't understanding the title of the forum.

or maybe just change it to "employees wanted" or something...i dunno...

Red face Oops

Sorry 'bout that!

I guess all us new guys should go on some sort of forum indoc training then IOE for 25 posts (only being allowed to reply to posts under the supervision of a moderator) before getting to actually start a post. This way we wouldn't post in the wrong forum before reading the sticky.

Is that the forum equiv. of dropping the masks on your first big jet landing?

That's some funny stuff. Keep it up and you'll get along great here.
